Involving thousands of households, health and safety is absolutely essential, along with the rapid economic growth, occupation health and safety issues closely related to production has received more and more attention and concern. The object of occupational health and safety policy is directly for the staffs. The situation of occupational health and safety is related to the vital interests of every staff, so the successful implementation of the policy requires the active participation of all staffs. Management personnel should master the necessary management knowledge of occupational health and safety, constantly improve the level of management and the operating personnel should master the necessary technology and skills. Both of them should put management knowledge, technology and skills into effect, improve their working conditions and environmental conditions, reduce accidents and occupational diseases, and further improve performance of occupational health and safety and ensure the realization of safety responsibility. 

Safety Responsibility

Regulation Compliance: comply with the laws and regulation on labor safety, fire management, traffic safety, traffic management and other aspects of state and local governments.

Awareness Enhancement: establish "safety first, precaution crucial" concept, enhance "hidden danger is more dangerous than fire, prevention is better than disaster rescue, responsibility is more heavier than Mount Tai" awareness.
